Truck tire advise!
Hey guys! Im new to this forum and have a couple questions if anyone could help that would be awesome!!! I have a stock 2001 Chevy Silverado Z71 running 265/75 16's. I'm looking to put 285/75 16's on it but 50 percent tell me it will rub and the other say it wont. I really don't want to get into leveling kits and what not So any advice would be great!!! Also I'm torn between the BFG All Terrains and the GY Wrangler duratrac's... any opinions?!?!?!

I have a 2000 2wd and I am running 265/75/R16's ok......... your Z71 should sit higher in the front.... but you might have to do 285/70/r16's
Other's would have better information than I do though.

you MIGHT have some rubbing issue, not terrible though, more than likely any rubbing would be solved by a simple knife cutting little bits out of your plastic wheel well liner, its a mediocre task to perform, IF you are fine with that. lol2000 Chevrolet Silverado

You should be able to torque up your torsion bars to keep them from rubbing. Of course the truck will ride slightly rougher. (All the reason to get new shocks)Objects in mirror are losing
