    Default No sound from speakers.

Hi all. On my way to work in 2004 suburban (17000 miles) when I realized the radio was working but there was no sound. Tried shutting it off and turning back on.....no sound...but controls work. Any suggestions?

    thanks,

Only thing i can thing of something went bad in your head unit, because otherwise theres really no excuse for the speakers not to work but the head unit to still work. Is it stock equipment or do you have system added?

Sounds crazy but I looked around many forums and many others have had this same problem. As was the case in other instances.....was working again hours later. All was factory by the way.
    thanks

I have noticed that with my 04 Silverado that if it is realy cold out that the radio doesn't play. I don't know if this is the same problem you are having, but it was -30 degrees celcius one morning and i heard nothing till just before work. I called my friend from GM and he said it was normal.
If you can't run with the big dogs, stay the f*ck on the porch!!
