Default '97 Chevy 3500.. How to remove rear drum??

I am posting for my husband who is not computer savvy.

My husband is having a heck of a time trying to remove the driver side rear brake drum from his '97 3500. We cannot seem to find anything online that looks like his drum, so I'm posting a picture hoping someone can help us before he blows it up in frustration!

    Any help is appreciated!

i see the lube, youre heading the right way,do you have a new one?sometimes it takes some heat if you have no movement,if you have some movement you need to back of the shoes,if all you have is small torch, hold for a while between studs
