Default Press or not to press, that is the question...

OK, I did a search, but couldn't find a definitive answer, so here goes:
'88 4x4 1500, will I have to have the front rotors pressed on and off the hub (meaning I have to pull the hub), or can I separate them on the truck? I've got a brake shake, and a vibration between 65 and 70. I know I've got warpage, so time for a new set. TIA gentlemen....
