    How about replacing them with braided stainless lines, with AN fittings that you can do yourself... This is a setup I made for my LT1, I cut the factory crimp/rubber crap off and used AN "tube nuts, and sleeves", and then all you have to do is put a double flare on your ends of the factory lines and your good to go. I also used this method on my power steering lines, they are good up to 4000psi.

    Or you can get rid of the whole mess, and replace with AN fittings right from the oil adapter and never worry about it again. This setup cost me about $65.00 to make, but at least I don't have to worry about it rotting off.
