ive got a 97 silverado, the brakes are all new, calipers, rotors, and master cylinder. the brakes work good but are extremely hard to press, does anyone know anything about this problem?
Sounds like a problem with the brake booster. Vacuum lines connected between the intake and the booster? clogged?

did you do a full bleeding of the brake system, did you happen to put steel braided brake lines on?
