The big discusion round my place is Leave it in primer or paint it.
Bought some electric daytona blue single stage but I think the old beast looks badass in primer my wife wants me to paint it.
What do you guys think. Someones gota help brake the tie.

could always get the paint in the same color as the primer...it looks good ...only thing is you'll never hear the end of it from the wife.....trust me![]()

Primer is pretty tricky, to really pull it off, you have to "rat rod" your truck, lower it, get the moon eyes, maybe some pin stripe work. On a stock looking car, it just looks poor and busted.
You could always do a matte or satin finish on the blue paint, that way you have a hybrid of the two. Lots of the VW's are going with the satin look now.
