Default Location of oil drain plug for '08 V6 Silverado?

I've changed the oil before but I can't remember where the drain plug is. Instructions online say it's on the passenger side, but the only one I can find - and the one I think I remember it being - is on the driver side.

    hi daweinah
Looking up with engine facing the front then you will see it on the passenger side of the oil pan, you'll need a 13mm wrench. Be carefull as the oil will hit the corner of your drain pan and splatter all over the passenger tire and even on you if you are on the ground.
