Default OK, so maybe the city isn't all bad...

Last year we moved back into a major city. I wasn't looking forward to it, but it hasn't been all bad. For one it's easier to get parts and services and I found a great mechanic.
The other reason I discovered this weekend. Self serve salvage yards still exist!
I had thought real estate prices and lawyers had killed them off but this city has two of them!

Me and the wife* went to one Saturday and I got $300 worth of parts for $27!
So now I can get my truck all fixed up perfect and use it to leave the city on weekends. ;')

    *Yeah, she's that awesome. ;')
