    Default Clearance Lights not working

    I have a 97 K2500. The clearance lights have no power going to them. I have a Haynes manual and it says the wires come from a convenience center. Does anyone know where it is located and what it looks like.

    Welcome!!

    The diagram I am looking at shows the black wire from the lights goes to a ground behind the left side of the dash. The white wire from the lights connects to a brown wire at a dash harness that is 12 cm from the steering column breakout (not sure exactly what they mean there). That brown wire goes to the headlamp switch.

    Here's a picture of the schematic I am looking at:
