OK. You got any pics of that? Sounds pretty interesting.

Replaced my passenger side CV axle. It took care of about 90% of the noise that I was getting from the front end in 4x4. Looks like I will throw a new one on the driver side soon. Maybe all of the noise will be gone. Replacing the passenger side also took care of the slight vibration I was getting on the freeway that has been there since I bought the truck.

Sold my fiberglass tonneau cover and put on a trifold soft cover. Easier to get it on and off if needed.

replaced my spark plugs, took 45 minutes total. I discovered that the dealer that I bought it from replaced the wires but not the plugs. I came to this conclusion because I would think that a dealer would install the new part number plug (new number released in 2009) not an old number that is no longer made. Mine had the old number plug in it. the gap on the old plugs still measured good. not bad for 160,000 miles

Kept getting P0171 code. I replaced the fuel filter and MAF sensor. Problem solved. The fuel filter was pretty bad. Lots of brown stuff out of it. I guess I'll check it in a few weeks and see if the tank is rusty.
I like all dogs I meet, and some people too.
