    Default 7 Kegs

So a funny story from when i was home on leave!

Me and my buddies decided to throw a party at Ohio University on friday and saturday night..so all of the guys decided to chip in and by 7 kegs from the budwieser plant...

Well we show up in my truck and back up to to this huge bay door.. the guy standing there takes my reciept and tells me he will be right back...

he shows up a few minutes later with 3 kegs on a pallet carried by a forklift...he then sets the pallet of beer on my tailgate...and when i say on the tailgate i mean..two kegs and half the pallet hanging off the edge of the tailgate he decides to let the pressure off the forks and as soon as he did 600lbs of beer snapped both tailgait cables forcing my tailgate down onto the bumper with 3 kegs still resting ontop!!!

Luckily no cosmetic damage occured and i was able to go to the chevy dealer the following week and get 2 new cables for $30...and yess they are going to pay for it just need to send them the bill!!!

Thats an awesome story! I can't believe the fork lift operator was stupid enough to put them on the tailgate. It makes me laugh! Good thing there was no cosemtic damage and thats also sweet that they are going to pay you to fix it. Hope the party was fun! It had to have been if you had 7 kegs there!

haha yeah def glad the kegs wernt damaged! if those would have bust open u woulda have seen me shotgunning a keg! ha

I still need to send them the bill for $30 but a little warning to everyone who has a silverado especially an old body style it may be a good idea to go to your chevy dealer and buy new cables just for the hell of it...becuase mine looked fine and were completly rusted inside..

So just some food for thought! hope yall enjoyed my story time..lol
