Question New Fuel Tank Install ?

I'm in the process of having a new tank and pump/sending unit installed, and I'm wondering if I need to use some sound-proofing material between the tank and the straps that hold it in place ?

There should be some rubber strips between the straps and the tank and pads where the tank presses against the body at the top.

I just ordered a "Fuel Tank Silencer Kit" from LMC. Should have it by Tuesday. Sure hope it's the right one, LMC #30-4130

I dont remember it coming with the last replacement tank I bought.
If I remember I made my own out of an old bicycle inner tube.
