Can not find a grille

I have an 07 silverado the new style . I have been looking for a billet grille with a paintable shell or frame can anyone help me please

You're probably going to need to go with a work truck grill and then put in a billet grill kit. A lot of fleets are running around with work trucks and would love to have a chrome grill. Takes 20 minutes to swap them out.
Only full combos I know of are chrome shells. I have one in my store that eliminates the center bar, all billet, but the brands we carry are only available with a chrome metal shell.
