Default 95 Chevy Tahoe Hesitation & Stumble HELP?

I have been experiencing a "hesitation/stumble" when I lightly step on the accelerator. This happens either from a standstill OR while cruising. It happens ONLY when I give LIGHT throttle pressure at the low end rpm range of the gear (i.e. early into the gear, very light throttle at low rpm). It will hesitate & buck slightly unless I step harder on the gas to get it to smooth out. When in park and you rev the engine up to 1200 to 1500 RPM and then let off the gas pedal it will hesitate/stumble and all most want to die. The same thing happens when you are just starting to move and continues until you get above 5 mph or 1200 Rpm.

I have replaced the air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, cap & rotor, PVC valve, valve cover gaskets and the MAP sensor.

    (5.7 Liter 270,000 Miles)

Thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions you can offer.

    Sincerely,

    Brad
