Default How Hard is it Changing Diesel Fuel Filter

Looking for info on how and how hard is it to change the diesel fuel filter on my 2009 2500 hd Silverado durmax. Just finished a big trip to Saskatchewan and the dash gauge say it should be changed. How long can I wait before I should do it? Corbs
