Was told at checker this was that the gas cap was loose but this has never happened even when the gas cap got stolen/fell off. So it was cleared and last night it came back and i can smell raw gas fumes in the cabin of my suburban. The code says Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (small leak). When I got home I checked the fuel filter underneath the truck and the line and found no leakes so it must be coming from the engine bay and its evaporating quickly enough to go into the cowl and then into the cabin so am not sure where to start. Anyone have any thoughts??????
