Went down to Denver to meet up with college friends. Took in a few baseball games, and went to Rocky Mountain National Park. Will post a few pictures later this week after the better half gets em downloaded.

    Summer is fun!

Today I'm all about KILLING FIRE ANTS! DIE YOU SCUM!

Then I plan on helping widows and orphans and then will read to the blind.

Ok, got the fire ant killer out on all the mounds. Then I sprayed a wasps nest and ran like a girl when I realized there was only 5% left in the can and after two or three squirts I ran out and the wasps started coming to get me. (A neighbor drove up at right then and helped me out with some he had in his garage).

Then I spackled all the holes and knicks in all the walls, did some texturing and knocked it flat, then touched-up all the walls in the whole house. Took about an hour, but it really came out looking good. Now I have to get all of the old clothing ready to take to the goodwill and that's about it for me today.

Oh, I have a gate support to put up too, lots of chores.

This weekend, I got to help my future mother-in-law move ALL of her furniture back into her house after she got all new carpet installed. I was lucky enough to miss the furniture moving out of the house, but I got to move it back in. Pretty much the only help I had was my fiancee's 17 year old brother, so there was lots of heavy lifting! Busy weekend!

Get 'r done! Furniture moving is a pain, it's not all that heavy but it's big and awkward and if you lose your footing you break stuff.

haha, yeah, we had to be EXTRA careful because along with all new carpet, they re-painted all of the interior walls. It took some careful manipulation!
