Welcome! Wish I could help, but don't have any experience w/Duramax. There are several diesel folks on here so maybe they can shed some light on the subject. Good luck!

What caused the airbag light to go off? The light will reset when the initial problem is fixed. It could be a bad sensor, a loose connection, or it may be ready to explode. Or maybe it already has and it's out of the truck?

I don't know about the airbag, but you exhaust filter is due to the excessive idling. The dpf can not go into regen mode unless you are going over 30 mph. It ussually take a few minutes for it to finish the regen. There was also a update that you may be needing to get flashed into the ecm. These trucks with all of the emmission stuff on them really are not meant to be idled anymore. You could also look at getting a PPE programmer. They have a option on there where you can force a regen to clean the filter.
