Default Blower motors wont shut off UPDATE

Well I guess I didn't post what the exact problem was
It is the Radiator cooling fans that won't shut off. Truck has the standard HVAC system with the 5.3 V-8. It has this problem even after sitting for hours with all HVAC switches in the off position.
It's at the dealers now and I'm just waiting for the shoe to drop.
    I don't know if it's a temp sensor or a shorted relay.
I hope its one of the two since anything else may be pricey. But after 8+ years and the only expenses have ben one set of tires and a new battery last year as well as oil changes I can't yell too loud.

Vehicle repaired with new relay base, relay, and new wireing.
When picked up it had a check engine light that was from a "wire not hooked up".
The bottom line is it's working now.
    Thanks
    Don
