    Default performance tune? 96 silverado

hi guys, i have been thinking about a performance tune for quite some time now and i do my research pretty good before i do anything to my truck since it is my daily driver. with that being said i came across a moates performance tuner. http://www.moates.net/apu1-autoprom-....html?cPath=94 <-that is the tune. now i dont have very much tuning experience so am i better off passing on this and having nelson performance or blackbear do my computer? any help would be fantastic, thank you guys

I would not attempt to tune it myself. I have seem guys blow motors trying it. I think that it is best to leave it up to the pros. It would be nice if you can find a place that will dyno tune it. Not only at WOT but, a "street" tune. You would see better results doing that over a "canned" tune.
