Danny, I agree that the NNBS 5.3L has problems. Anybody on this site will tell you that's my opinion and that's why I felt like a Tundra was my best bet until GM gets this figured out, and they very well may have if direct injection in the 2014 is the solution to the 5.3's woes. I love the 2014 body style and increase in HP AND the 6.6 ft crew cab. Time will tell.

But if you think going FORD is going to solve all problems... oh boy. Google "problems with EcoBoost" or "problems with my FX4". You'll see everything from bad customer service to pending lawsuits for failures and Hydrolock. So good luck to you too.
