Thread: Wheel Spacers

Hey guys I am currently running a 3.5 in rough country lift with 33in tires on 17 in rims and i am thinking about putting some bigger wheel spacers on to get my tires to sit out a little wider. My tire now is a 285/70/17. Would wheel spacers be a good idea and what size?

I think the widest wheel spacer they make are 2 inch spacers. I think my brother put 1 inch spacers on his 99 step side and they stuck out a little farther. Another thing that would make them stick out more are the rims and the offset on them. I have 1/2 inch ones on my truck (just a spacer ring) and I noticed a little wider in my mirrors.
If at first you don't succeed, get a bigger cheater bar.

I'd go with different rims. Wheel spacers can be pricey.
