I got to see the new 2015 Chevy Suburban / GMC Yukon XL yesterday and believe me when I tell you that they will certainly create some controversy to say the least.

I guess I'm not too excited. The 3rd row now is power fold, but all they really did was raise the floor and added storage. Effectively cutting down carrying capacity.

I guess 2005 will continue to be my last Suburban/Yukon XL. I was really hoping they would bring back the proper folding second row bench.

I'm looking at the press release and I can't figure out what the cargo room for the new Suburban is. It's confusing and the numbers don't add up, so I'll get back with you.

There was a lot of space in there, not sure what the difference in between what you have and this though, because I don't have the numbers. Hmm, have to give gm communications a call.

Agree with the raised floor and lost cargo capacity. Now sure how else they could have accomplished the flat floor with the 3rd row seat in it....

The 2015 Tahoe/Yukon Suburban/Yukon XL are traditional body on frame SUVs with either the 5.3L or 6.2L Ecotec3 engines out of the pickups.
