Default 1-7/8" Lt Silverado Headers from Pacesetter

Has anyone tried out these new headers from pacesetter? http://pacesetterexhaust.com

They are 1-7/8" diameter long tubes which I guess is new for them.

Says it fits the 99-06 silverado etc... http://pacesetterexhaust.com/99-06-s...d-headers.aspx

    Curious how they sound installed

Haven't seen them or heard them, but am totally skeptical about those bogus HP gain results. They are measuring the benefit of upsizing the headers on a 408 c.i. (6.6L) engine, not a 327 c.i. (5.3L) engine. Why didn't they just compare stock 5.3 manifolds to the 1 3/4" headers and the 1 7/8" headers???? When I see stuff like that, I just turn the page, and fugettaboutit, until I see better info.
