I bought a sway bar bushing and end-link kit from Energy Suspension. The installation will be pretty straight forward, but the instructions don't say anything about lubing the bushings. It comes with a small tube of "Formula 5 Prelube". Do I just need to put a little on the inside of each bushing? Kinda seems like a dumb question, but I just want to make sure I do it right. Thanks!

polly bushings like to squeek and the grease helps to stop this. i put alittle on my finger and rub the inside of the bushing where it makes contact with the swaybar. i found i have to do this 1-2 times a year but after the 1st time i use a needle and go around the bushing and the grease will work its way in......mike
