Thread: My S10

  1. #1

    Default My S10

Got it a little over a year ago. Started as a plain jane. Fixed some things. Polished it up. Then began looking for parts. Got some wheels. Then wanted different ones. Then wanted to lower it. etc. So basically this is how it started.

The stock wheels went black a few weeks after. Some things changed. Then i purchased black Z28 wheels and redid them. Got new tail lights as well.

You've done a GREAT job so far! ...And those rims made a huge difference. Nice work!

Thanks! It's been slow progress so far. I'm just trying to think on what else to do to it.

I am planning on finding a nice v8 s10 next spring and this will stay my daily/work truck.

I wanna tint the tails before winter. I've been wanting to do that for a while.
And i would like to get a tonneau cover for it too.

I am so glad i got those new wheels/tires. I got them off CL for cheap. Definitely made it more beefy on the rear.

    Any ideas?

Unfortunately, I'm at the other end of the spectrum, as I went high, but there are some fantastic rides here that have be customed up nicely. The only thing I can really comment on is the tow ball. Maybe remove if your not using regularly....

I use the ball all the time. I have my own small mowing business and i tow mowers with it. I did want to get a roll pan for it but i like the idea that i dont have to buy a hitch. I got the ball for free too.
