    Default autodimming mirrors - does anyone know

    why the green light on the right side of the autodimming mirror sometimes turns red?

    Means that you are out of cell tower range I think.

    I'll let you know this weekend. I should be invading some non-cell coverage areas.

    Tied into OnStar I take it? If that's the case it should be in the OnStar documentation that came with the truck.
