    Default o2 sensor

One of my o2 sensors is frozen. I spent two hours under the truck today trying to get that S.O.B out of there. Im not sure if the overwhelming heat sckrewed up the threads or what. Any suggestions beside dropping the entire exhaust system.

you are using a box end or line wrench? i soak it a few times a day with PB Blaster. a couple days and it should come right out or you can heat the area with a torch and that should help. i hate to pull all of the exhaust unless that is the very last way to go.....mike

I'm with Mike, hit it with PB Blaster and/or crank the truck up for a few mins before you go to replace it to heat the exhaust up. Just be careful that you don't burn yourself, but it should make it much easier to break it free... Hope this helps
