    Default Colorado Exhaust Question

Not answered in that last post so, just figured I would make a new one... Best size piping for I5 colorado exhaust? 2.5"? Also, an exhaust should give some HP, and in the last post it said something about the dual not getting enough back pressure, so my question, would the single pipe give you more horse, I would think it should... I want power, sound, and looks, but I would rather have power and sound than looks... The dual is nice but if it gives no power, whats the point, to me that is. Thanks again ya'll.

There are several Colorado owners on the site, so I'm sure one of them can shed some light on this. I personally don't have a clue, but I know that you do have to have a "certain" amount of back pressure to get the best performance. I was looking at a Colorado site earlier today that had some info on a "header" for the I-5, so I know the equipment out there.

I'd suggest a SI/SO Magnaflow System. They come in 2.5" and should give the I5 a nice sound and good performance. They may have a sound clip on their website, check it out.

Had an 06 coly, just go single inlet dual out let muffler or single in and single out with a Y if you want duals. 2.5" or 3" pipe is fine but might be tight with duals if you have a full size spare trying to get around it through leaf springs, so might stay with 2.5" if you plan on doing that. what kind of muffler you thinking about using?
