    Default 2500hd exhuast

    i got a 06 2500HD... i wanna run 2 differnt cat back systems one from each manifold (soon to be headers)... anyway i was wondering if that would hurt the trucks preformance... iv had a couple people say it would and some say it wouldnt... i wanna use 2 flowmaster super 44s...

    so you wanna do true duals if its from the headers. buy two new magnaflow high flow cats and two flowmaster super 44 mufflers and take them to your local exhaust shop and have them bend it up for ya

    since is a diesel i think it would give your more hp, i think only the gasoline engines require a certain amount of back pressure, thats why you always see the rednecks with the stacks

    no its gas... i have my own bender ... but do i need to get diff cats?... can i not use the stock ones

    the stock one are probably atteched to a y-pipe no? aftermarket cats are only around 60 bucks a piece so it wont hurt the bank to buy em

    thats a resonator i believe , all youd have to do to make your duals if you wanted to cut corners, is cut the pipe on ur drivers side as far as possible where its straight, then go to the other side, cut off right before the two pipes join together, then all you would have to do is bend and weld away from there,a flange probably wouldnt hurt where you cut the pipes either. make sure you post pics!

    i dont wanna cut corners... theres 2 cat on my truck right now i was just wondering if i could reuse them
