Default abs light on with new lift

I just put a 7" lift on my 06 sierra with 35's(will have pics soon), i have the hypertech programmer and i programmed it for 35 inch tires but my ABS and my parking brake light still comes on everytime i drive it, i thought the programmer was suppose to take care of this, the diagnostic code its giving me is that the wheel speed doesnt match, if the programmer wont fix this then how do make these lights go away?

maybe am wrong but wouldnt there be some kind of limit that the programmer can adjust for before you have to switch actual components like final drive or the gear in the tranny for the speedo or is it all electronic now

Maybe you should contact Hypertech and let them help you. When I had my lift installed, I used my Quadzilla Stealth2 programmer to calibrate my speedo by selecting the tire size and gear ratio. Worked like a champ. Although, the first time I tried it after my lift was installed, I did not complete the "install tune" step so it did nothing and seemed sluggish. After driving that way for a couple of weeks I was playing around with some different tunes and notived it still showed my old settings so I tried it again and this time I installed the tune properly and it changed my shift points so I have all sorts of power as well as getting 17+mpg compared to 14+ before I got things calibrated properly.

    Hello,
I did basically the same exact mods to my 2001 Silverado and had the same problem. I added a Jet Performance - JET Accu-Speed available from AJUSA.com roughly $135 and all my problems were solved. This is an inline programmable box that hooks to your tranny...............LC

On my 05 silverado I had a 9" Cognitto lift installed and have the same problem, ABS and brake light is on as well as the dash is telling me to service the brake system after the truck is started and driving for about half a mile. Went to the local chevy dealer and they said the sensors are electronic now and not mechanical anymore. the used to could change a little gear in the tranny to get the correct speedometer reading but not now. They said the wires to the brake sensors could have been stretched and ruined from the fit but everything looks just fine to me. My Bullydog programmer doesn't find any codes after the light has come on and when I use my programmer to calibrate the speedometer my speed is still five under what the dash is telling me. I know this becuase my in-dash navigation tells me howe fast I'm goin. I'm going to get ahold of Bullydog and see if they can help.
