    Default performance chips

    i have a 91 with a 454 in it. I want better gas milage(duh). There are all kinds of chips out there for sale, I am soooooo confused. Who can recomend one? I don't want a fancy controller, just a plug and go. This is a calif vehicle, I might only need an out of state chip?
