    Default No longer Government Motors..Thoughts?

Heard on the world news tonight the government sold off the rest of its shares of GM stock at a loss to the taxpayers of 10 Billion dollars.
Yeah thats right 10 Billion translates into 10,000,000,000. Sounds like the government continues with their great ideas that are for the people by the people.. Any thoughts on this??

What the government dont crap on they just plain screw up, which has become standard operating procedure for them. They have never been able to manage money matters, or the institutions that they are. It is hard to blame them , our fore fathers set up a system by which government would be of the people, by the people , for the people, and danged if we dont continue to elect the professional politicians sponsored by corperate america to best serve themselves. Good ole uncle sam dropping pocket change into the already multi trillion dollar debt.

Actually, not a bad deal in my opinion. If you do the math, it's only $20 per person in the US. Most of you spent more than that for coffee last week.

It looks like Canada will lose around 2.8 billion, we have less than 50 million people, it's costing us $55 per person. Even that is not a bad sum; however, we gave them the money expecting jobs to remain in Canada. They've pulled thousands of jobs and moved them to Mexico. Yours will be going there as well. That's the part that is fuuked up.
