Well finally got the title back from new jersey for the 2000 Suburban 2500 i purchased and went to get it inspected and found its needs a bunch of things thats totally several thousand dollars.

Had crack in passenger exhaust manifold: $475 installed. (Completed)
4 new shocks: under $150 for all 4 (I'm doing this myself)
Idler and pitman arms? I'm being told this cost $1400 for both installed including parts and labor
and a bunch of little things like light bulbs, etc i can do myself. and not to mention the transmission shifting hard when it reachs Normal Operating Temp.... I can see i got screwed payed $6100 for the damn thing...... any advice or should i just sell the damn thing and take a loss...
