I think it would be cool to have a "How to" section on the forum, where people can post their mods, and how they did them.
Just a thought.

We had one and no one posted in it. The overall idea is that the entire site can be a how to. Once we get around to the newer set up upgrades that are planned there will be more ability to focus and tag different types of things that are not standard forum threads.
