GM radio install
Hi all, new to this site , though a multi and long time GM/ GMC owner.
My question...I recently purchased a 2013 3500 cab/chassis W/T. It came with a basic am/fm radio that I am replacing with a new, factory
GM am/fm/cd. Is there any programming, coding, etc. that needs to be completed before it will work?
Any tips, things to be aware of, etc. that I should know before proceeding with installation?

The trucks VIN needs to be programmed into the new radio, or, you can unlock it.Ray
