if you are decent at soldering you can just fix the old one. that is what I did. Still worked 2 years later when I sold it. I just looked at the board and you could see where some of the old runs had burned. I just soldered a pad on the old run where it was still good and then put a wire in. Basically bypassing the burned runs. if that bottom pick is your old one it looks like you have 2 bad places right on the first 2 corners moving inward. 2 small pieces of wire and some solder and you should be all set. I also google image searched the one for my 2002. tons of pics came up for the one they keep giving you. only one of the correct one that was in my truck. i guess that I am glad that I did not attempt to buy a new one, i would have run into the same issue that you are having.
