Default 1991 Chevy no power and rough idle

I have a question I still am dealing with poor take off power and rough idle. I have replaced my egr valve and solenoid and do to the code 32 popping up . I have changed the pcv valve also . But no change. It still has no power off the line and rough idle and wants to stall out something after driving for awhile.

If the EGR didn't work, then I would go to the cat. converter! Clean the mass airflow sensor too! Then I would go to the fuel pressure, make sure you have the right pressure and good flow! I don't know what vehicle it is, but me be thinking a 4.3? Did you over heat it? Is it new to you? If so, then run some of the gass into a jar, see what the pump is giving you and see if it looks clean Just need a little more info on the vehicle!
