Default Trouble with stabiitrac/traction control,,check engine light on 2010 equinox

Hello, everyone, I have a 2010 Chevy Equinox that has 80000 miles. 2 weeks ago the stabilitrac/traction control warning lights come on ,the car indicates powering down engine shimmers ,shakes and stops, My wife was driving at the time, she started it back up it ran fine but the check engine light came on. I take the car to Autozone and have the code read indicating a faulty TPS,I was going to change this myself, however in searching for info on what it looks like and the proper way to replace it I ran across several posts in a forum describing exactly was I am experiencing with very negative things about GM's handling of an obivious defect in their systems.Just would like to say I am taking the car to the dealer to have them look at it and repair it ,which from what I have read in the last hour, will be a run around. I am going to begin the receipt saving process,so I can, in the event it isn't fixed I will begin the Lemon Law process.Don't get me wrong however we love this car ,I just want it fixed right, I can't afford to just go buy another one...

Today my dealer placed the car on their diagnostic machine, and determined the code to be P2195 Throttle body.So I have a new throttle body $405 later.I hope this corrects the problem.....
