i would go with Alpine, transferrable from vehicle to vehicle and you can hook your ipod or any other mp3 into it

I have the Parrot. You need an adapter for the Bose.
Works great. This is my 5th parrot.
I'm getting the Ipod and Nav lockpick installed Friday.
It allows the nav to be programed in motion, movies to play up front in motion and the Ipod to be plugged in the glovebox and operated by the screen.

    Default Parrot CK3200

Hoping to make traction here as I seem to be stumbling on my own. This sort of thing is normally fairly straight forward to me so I'm a bit embarassed that it's not going as easy as I thought it would.

Parrot CK3200 LCD -- trying to install this in an 04 Z71 Suburban. I have the ISO kit. The ISO adapter has several connectors on it. There appears to be two plugs that attach to the back of the stereo and then into the truck.

There are black and red connectors on the ISO adapter I believe are poewr. I'm assuming that they match up to what appears to be a power adapter that look similar on the Parrot unit (have the fuses on them, etc). When plugging in there, though, I get no power to the Parrot device.

The Parrot device has two connectors with black plugs with many wires (green, purple, etc). I'm assuming that these wires are the pass-through wires for speakers. I can't for the life of me figure out what they are supposed to plug in to, though. The only wires that come out of the stereo pass directly through the ISO adapter into the truck, they aren't the same size/shape to fit any this adapter.

I'm stumped and have my dash torn apart. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

I wish I could help. I had mine installed.
I also had my lockpick and Ipod lockpick installed.
Not exactly as slick as I hoped.

I picked up a cheap blutooth device from Target that actually works quite well. It simply clamps on to the visor and connects through the blutooth on your cell. Voice dialing works as well which is convenient.
