Thread: few tweaks

    Default few tweaks

I got a 97 gmc k1500 last October and with the winter ive noticed some minor things failing with the cold weather. I replaced the speakers but now the power isn't getting to them. I think the wires are bad. will I be able to pull the wires from the door into the cab or are they all bound up? also with it being new to me I continue to leave the lights on and the buzzer that's supposed to tell me I left my lights on isn't working. just wondering where its located to replace it. anyone that can help would be much appreciated.

I was also wondering how hard it is replace the tailgate hardware. the tailgate looks great but the handle and rods are rusted so I don't want to replace whole tailgate
