This isn't automotive related, but just wanted to give two BIG thumbs up to HR Windows, a division of Atrium windows.
Ended up having some windows get foggy (seal broken between the panes) and they came out after 1 phone call, took a look, measured and said "yup, they're our windows!". No warranty paperwork needed, nothing. They came out a week later and installed them (they did have to custom measure two replacement windows and they measured a bit too short, so they're going to re-do them, but no worries).
I had to pay for labor ($170) but they are replacing five windows (storm damage? too much heat? doesn't matter to them) at 100% replacement value, which is a retail rate of about $750-$1000 for all of them. Plus it looks like the replacements are higher quality to boot!
It's great to see a company stand behind their warranty and be stress-free about it. I wouldn't have any hesitation to purchase Atrium windows or HR windows in the future.
