    Default Rpo f60 question

I was poking around and researching my rpo codes.
    I have a 1996 Gmc Suburban 1/2 ton 4x4
The tag in my glove box says my truck is equipped with the f60 option. As I understand it, that option was a heavy duty front coil spring.
I however do not have coil springs in the front. Shocks only.
I have searched the forums here and elsewhere and come up confused.
    Any help?
Have a few other rpo questions but figured I'd start here.
