    Default 1984 c10 brake problem

I have a 84 c10 350 4 speed 4x4....we'll I bought this truck yesterday I pulled the rear driver tire off and the drum fell off and to my surprise nothing was in there no springs no pad no nothing so my question is what is the cheapest easiest way to put it back together....I searched the net and could only find rear disc for like a grand

You have worse problems than that. If there are no brake parts in one of the rear drums, then there are none in the other one either. I can also surmise that the entire rear brake system has been disconnected somewhere and plugged with little bolts.

So would you recommend a rear disc conversion
