    Default Noob Chevy owner saying HI

    Hey guys/gals...

    I just recently picked up a 2003 Suburban named Ron, its Burgundy. My wife and I have no kids, 2 dogs and plan to use this as a Jed Clampet vehicle of sorts. For example, loading everybody into Ron and heading skiing, taking the dogs to the park, transporting whatever from HD/Lowes. Essentially, it was a compromise between a bigger SUV(wife) and a truck(me). I love how when the seats are removed/collapsed, there's an 8ft bed!!

    Anyways, I've worked on Jeeps in the past, and have good mechanical knowledge of how things work. I will probably be looking to you guys/gals to help out in areas of IFS and generally everything GM, since we have never owned a GM vehicle, just Jeeps.

    Looking forward to mingling with all of you really soon.

    I found out my mom's '01 Honda Oddessy could hold a full sheet of plywood or sheetrock and still be able to seat two people and close the trunk. She sold it before we started looking for a vehicle, so that was the extra selling point i needed to get my mom looking at trucks with me
    I hate foreign cars. That honda was hard to work on (i dont care what people say, my chevy is WAY easier).
