    Default Keyless questions

    I am a new chevy truck owner and I have a question about the keless entry. I had a 1995 Astro Van and when you locked or unlocked the doors the parking lights flashed. I now own a 1997 Z71 Siverado 4x4 (which I love) and the lights don't flash, I have been through the owners manual and can't find anything about it. My question is can the Z71 flash the lights and if so how do I set the system to do so?

    Welcome to the site! I'm not sure about your '97, but mine has a driver's information center (DIC) where you can choose what you want to happen when you lock or unlock via keyless entry. I'm sure someone on here will be able to help you.
