454 that won't start

I have a 1988 GMC 1 Ton 4wd truck with a factory 454 7.2 liter V8 engine. I parked it about a month ago and it was running fine, and now I cannot get the engine to start. I've replaced the spark plugs and sprayed some fuel into the fuel injectors to see if that would help, but still the same. it'll turn over, but it won't fire. I've checked the fuses (none are blown). Any ideas on what else this problem might be? Thanks for any help!
