Default Heated seat module - easy fix?

My driver's side heated seat doesn't function. It was already busted when I bought the Burb.

Anyone know how easy it is to fix? Can I just swap the heating element?

Refresh us on the year and model of your burb please. I had probs with my heaters and had them fixed under factory warranty. They replaced both elements and then discovered a ground wire running between the two seats was burnt so replaced the harness and has been great ever since.

    1998 Burb.

I guess I probably need to identify if it is something simple like the switch, or if it is the heating elements themselves.
