Thread: Painted 08 Headlights

Here, I ran out in the parking lot and snapped some photos. Its dirty and I havent dared to wash it yet until the decals set up better. I'll be submitting it for ROTM in the summer when the wheels go back on it.
Decals on the back and side are reflective - you can see them for a mile at night when any light hits it. Train horns are loud as can be. Hellwigs work great! Didnt snap any photos of the engine bay with the K&N, but you can see the Magnaflows in a couple of the shots. Love the Weathertech floor mats, and I think the dash turned out great. Its not too much that its annoying. We have a couple more things in the works, but with snow falling....we've lost motivation for the shop truck.
I know the bowtie needs to be black...havent done it yet. Anyone want to trade your stock one for this red one? Professionally done at the body shop. Just hate to spray paint over this perfect red finish if anyone wants a red one....
So, what do you think?08 Z71 Victory Red Crew Cab
Ground Force 2" drop in rear, 22" wheels, Toyo ST Rubber, K&N Intake, Magnaflow Duals, Bully Dog Prog., Weathertech Floormats, Grillcraft Grill, Undercover Sing Case, Viair Compressor, Wolo Horns, Hellwig F&R Sway Bars, Plasmaglow LED's, PEAK backup camera, Husky Mudflaps....lots more in the works.

I appreciate it guys! Looks great when its clean. We're putting on some Husky molded mudflaps tomorrow. The decals on the side are too expensive to have rocks hitting them. That, and the paint on these new trucks stinks...
I had the interior stuff done by the same body shop that did the wheels, bumpers, grill and so on. I had them put an exterior finish on them for durability. My employees drive the truck and we all know they don't treat it like they would their own so I wanted a strong finish on them. I also had the window switch panels on the back doors done.
When I get the wheels on and the truck cleaned up I'll post better photos and close ups of some of the items like the grill so you guys can see them if anyone is considering any of these items. If anyone has any questions just post up or request close ups.
I installed the WeatherTech rear floor mat today. Man is this thing nice. Unlike the Husky rear mat, the WeatherTech covers the entire rear area. Its twice the size of the Husky and only about $5 more. Fitment is perfect.

Process: remove and deliver to body shop. Wait one week, show up with cash, take home and install...lol.
